How to submit work Requests
Work requests will be directed to the appropriate division within Facility Management: Custodial, Heating Plant, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Building Maintenance, Energy Control, and Grounds. Please note that some work requests may require approval from UT’s Space Committee.
Multiple Projects:
If you have more than one project, you will need to submit separate work requests for each project.
Scope of Project
If your project requires coordination between divisions within Facility Management, you will need to complete separate work requests for each division. When submitting separate work requests for a single project, please explain in the description field that you have submitted multiple work requests for the project.
