Campus View Suites III

  • Suites will look and feel much like phase 1 and phase 2
  • Grocery store stocked with fresh fruit, veggies, dairy, and grocery items on level 1
  • Large common kitchens located on each floor with full cooking appliances.
  • Living rooms located adjacent to each common kitchen with large TV and living furniture
  • A common game room located at level 1.

Storm Water Master Plan

In 2022, the State of Utah funded a Capital Improvement Project to help alleviate flooding on the Utah Tech University Dixie Campus (100 South St. George, Utah). Bowen Collins & Associates has been awarded the contract to create a Storm Water Master Plan. This plan will show existing storm water infrastructure and ground water outlets. The plan will show the areas of campus that currently have issues with control of flooding. A second portion of the plan will include the design of projects to improve how we manage storm and ground water.

Heating Plant Plate & Frame Addition

Adding additional equipment to the heating plant piping will allow us to capture cooling in the shoulder seasons without having to run chillers.

University Ave. Monument Signage

Innovation Parking Lot

We added 248 parking spaces and built a trash enclosure with landscape shed.

Greater Zion Stadium Expansion

Completion Date: March 11, 2023

 

Greater Zion Stadium Expansion provides premier seating opportunities, new press box, event space, locker rooms and athletic training area. Level 1 is a state of the art player locker room with lounge area, Level 4 has a game day lounge for premier guests and Level 5 includes press box area and coaching suites for game day operations.

Campus View Suites II

Campus View Suites II is UT’s newest on-campus student housing facility. Located next to Campus View Suites I, the new building features five floors 450 beds, and 125,000 square feet of new modern design elements.

Science, Engineering, and Technology Building

The College of Science, Engineering, and Technology building houses Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, and other related classrooms and laboratories.

Human Performance Center

Architects: MHTN Architects and Hastings and Chivetta Architects
Project Managers: Clint Bunnel, DFCM; Sherry Ruesch, UT
Completion Date: November 2019

 

With 181,600 total square feet, the Human Performance Center symbolizes UT’s commitment to “Active Life. Active learning.” The building’s multiple wings provide ample recreation venues, academic classrooms, and athletic activities under one combined roof:

  • A 50-meter pool, dive tank, heated spa, and a 750-spectator balcony
  • Two fitness centers with cardio and weight training equipment
  • An indoor/outdoor track with a 40-degree incline hill sprint
  • Basketball, pickleball, and MAC courts
  • A 65-foot rock climbing wall
  • Three multi-purpose rooms
  • Five academic classrooms and seven classroom labs

East Grandstands

The Trailblazer Stadium’s East Grandstands include many new amenities, including a 5,000 seat aluminum grandstand with an overhead shade structure, team locker rooms, concession stands, and other public amenities.
